My favorite part of traveling is getting closer to nature. I love long hikes into the wilderness, where nature is on full display. I admire all forms of life as I try not to disturb it.. Surprisingly, my most terrifying encounter thus far was not with lions or elephants but with fire ants and domestic dogs. That did not change my love for the furry friends or the smallest of the creatures, yet it a good reminder, that animals are just like us humans, and sometimes can react out of fear.
